With Fall weather finally here, landscape changes for the Hawes entrance will begin tomorrow. There will be trucks and a mess at that entrance for several days.
They will be pulling grass back off the entry monuments to stop the damage the sprinkles are doing to the entry monument and posts. Grass will be reduced off the wings but expanded down to the sidewalk in front of the sign to keep a nice green appearance at the entrance signs. Plants will be removed and the area spruced up where needed to accent and beautify the entrance.
Once the work done, the HOA will be painting the sign and monument wall areas.
We are looking forward to this upgrade. Please be careful and watch for workmen in that area over the next several days.
